So because Ulquiorra hated the Orange Demon so much, he told Tousen about how the Orange Demon screamed and PMSed all the time so Ulquiorra paid Tousen with drugs to get rid of the Orange Demon.
So Tousen invaded the Orange Demon's room, walking in to see the Orange Demon carving Ichigo's name into her wrist with the pen Ulquiorra threw at her.
